Grounding in what is currently surrounding
Not looking ahead or behind

Adventure is what is happening right now
Not needing to figure out where to go
Not left

Not up
Not down
Be here in this moment right now

Touching the Dark

I can not concentrate
My mind will not stay in one place
I am in a gray expanse

I can not decide
Choose red, yellow or blue
I am color blind

I can not settle
Everything feels uncomfortable
I am touching the dark
